Carol's reason for doing this is simple: She loves dogs. She's had dogs her whole life. After more than 50 years of breeding, training and showing dogs, she felt as though something was missing. She wanted to help people with dog problems, such as excessive barking, separation anxiety, or dragging the owner down the street. Traditional "training" methods did not hold the answers she was seeking. Then she came upon Jan Fennell's book The Dog Listener, and became trained and certified in Fennell's method. She's a graduate of Fennell's "Foundation Course in Basic Canine Communication" and "Advanced Canine Communication
